Workout went down like this:
1️⃣ Barbell shrugs - 4 settled of 4 sets of 12-15 reps
2️⃣ Standing lateral raises - 4 sets of 12-15 reps
3️⃣ Seated DB military press - 3 sets of 12 reps
4️⃣ Seated front raises - 4 sets of 12 reps
