Day 25 of Hammer & Chisel workouts is an off day. Yet I took off my workouts the other day so moving forward.
Day 26 of Hammer & Chisel workouts is ISO Speed Hammer & 15 Minute Leg Hammer. This workout will challenge the physical endurance of the mu
