I haven’t had the chance to workout these past few weeks and I’m definitely feeling it 🤪. I’ve been so busy taking care of the house, kids, breastfeeding, cooking, home-schooling and trying to run a business on top of it (and don’t even get me started on the sanitization process) 🙈 But working out releases endorphins and makes me feel good, so I really want to make some time for it this weekend. I love @balletbeautiful DVDs and online videos but could use some multitasking quick 10min workout ideas to try and fit in between it all. Any suggestions appreciated. What at-home workouts have you been doing? 🤸🏻‍♀️❤️💪🏻
